Cart valet is different from curbside service in one important way: Southeast Aquatics Trash LLC comes onto your property. This section explains what that means, so there are no surprises for either of us. It applies in addition to our Terms of Service →
Cart valet requires our crew, and sometimes our vehicle, to enter your property, driveways, walkways, and the area where you keep your cart, to retrieve, empty, and return it. By subscribing, you give Southeast Aquatics Trash LLC permission to access your property for that purpose on your scheduled service day.
Moving a loaded cart across a driveway or walkway, week after week, leaves ordinary marks. You acknowledge that routine service may cause minor, cosmetic effects such as wheel tracks, scuffs on pavement, impressions in grass or mulch, or residue from the waste itself.
Southeast Aquatics Trash LLC is not liable for cosmetic or surface-level effects that come from the normal performance of this service. This does not limit our responsibility for actual damage caused by our negligence.

That said, if our crew actually damages something, tell us. We're a local company and we handle those situations directly, not through a claims department.
On some properties our vehicle may need to enter or turn around in a driveway or accessible area to complete service safely. You accept that as part of cart valet, and release Southeast Aquatics Trash LLC from liability for ordinary wear associated with that maneuvering. If you'd prefer we not bring a vehicle onto your driveway, just tell us, we'll note it on your account.
Cart valet is a flat $25 per month added to your service, for any number of carts. You can add or drop it at any time. It takes effect on your next billing period, and dropping it simply returns you to standard curbside service.
