HOA & Amenities

Trash service for your whole community.

Weekly curbside collection for every home in the neighborhood, plus the community trash carts at your clubhouse, pool and courts, from a team that's worked inside North Carolina communities for more than fifteen years.

We do both: every home in the neighborhood, and your amenity carts.

Two separate services. Hire us for either one on its own, or both together on a single invoice. Most communities find us through the amenity carts and had no idea we run curbside at every home as well.

Cart valet is available community-wide. Our crew walks up to each home, sets the cart out on pickup day and puts it back, quoted on the number of homes. See how it works →

Every house in the neighborhood

A 96-gallon cart at every home, emptied the same day each week, on one route run by the same crew.

Carts includedOne routeOne invoiceValet optional
Clubhouse, pool & common areas

We supply the community carts and empty them weekly, sized to your season so they do not overflow on a holiday weekend.

We empty the carts, not the property.
Pet-waste stations, court-side cans and poolside bins stay with your grounds crew.
How community pricing works

We price per door, and the rate comes down as the door count rises. Send us your door count and we come back with a real number within two business days.

One clear invoice
Neighborhood and amenity service on the same bill, line by line. No surprise charges and nothing added later.
Built for your community
Door count, corrals, amenity areas and seasonal months all shape the quote. Nothing is off a generic rate sheet.
No mid-year increases
No escalator clause, no annual rate creep. The number you sign is the number you keep paying.

Benefits

You should never have to wonder.

Live GPS tracking
Our crews are tracked live, so we always know exactly where the truck is. Call or message and we will tell you how many stops out we are, or confirm your community has already been serviced.
Completion alerts
A text or email when the pickup is done, sent to whoever you want on it. Nobody has to drive by the clubhouse to check whether the carts got emptied.
One number that gets answered
A real person here in the Triangle who knows your property, not a ticket queue. Your manager calls once and it gets handled.
Client app
Board members and property managers install the app and see the same reports and service data we do. Full visibility into your account, from your phone, without asking anyone for it.

Holiday and weather changes. When a service day moves, your manager and your residents hear it from us before it happens, by email to every account, by text to anyone opted in, and posted publicly so nobody is left guessing.

Changing providers

The switch is our job, not your board's.

1
You give us a date
Your manager picks the start. Everything else works backwards from it.
2
We handle the setup
Carts ordered and placed before the first pickup, route day set, resident notice ready to send.
3
We stay on it
One contact from the proposal through the first month on the route, and we check in rather than waiting for a call.
Bring us in as soon as it is on your board's agenda and we will build the timeline around their decision.

If a cart is overloaded or something turns up that should not be in it, you hear from us before anything is charged. Extra volume does get billed, but as a line item you already knew about, on the same clear invoice. No charge ever shows up as a surprise.

Fifteen years inside your community

We didn't start in trash. We started in your amenity center.

Long before we picked up a single cart, our parent company was maintaining pools and amenity centers for neighborhoods across the Triangle. That's where we learned what a clubhouse looks like on Monday after a holiday weekend, which gate codes stop a vendor cold, and how fast a board hears about an overflowing can by the pool. We kept watching haulers let those communities down, so we started hauling the trash ourselves.

To be clear: we handle your community's trash, the pool and amenity maintenance side is run by our parent company, Southeast Aquatics Group. That background is simply why we understand your property better than a national hauler ever will.

Good to know

Frequently asked questions.

We tailor it, one invoice for the whole neighborhood, per-home billing, or amenity-only service. It's laid out clearly in your proposal.

Yes. You get one local point of contact who works directly with your board or property manager.

Yes. Community-wide cart valet is quoted as an additional charge based on the number of homes, and it is especially popular with senior and active-adult communities where hauling a cart to the curb is a burden.

We empty the community trash carts at your amenity areas on a set schedule. Your staff or residents keep filling them; we make sure they never overflow. We provide the community carts and empty them weekly. We are not walking the property emptying pet-waste stations, court-side cans or poolside bins, bagged trash goes in the carts, and we take it from there.

Not without talking to you first. If a cart is overloaded or something turns up that should not be in it, you hear from us before anything is billed. Extra volume does get charged, but as a line item you already knew about, on the same clear invoice. There is no automatic annual escalator raising your rate.

Tell us your community size and current setup and we'll put a clear, no-obligation proposal in front of your board.

Our parent company, Southeast Aquatics Group, has maintained community pools and amenity centers across North Carolina for over fifteen years. We started the trash division after watching haulers repeatedly let those same communities down. We handle your trash, the pool and amenity maintenance side is still run by Southeast Aquatics Group.
