Weekly curbside collection for every home in the neighborhood, plus the community trash carts at your clubhouse, pool and courts, from a team that's worked inside North Carolina communities for more than fifteen years.
We do both: every home in the neighborhood, and your amenity carts.
Two separate services. Hire us for either one on its own, or both together on a single invoice. Most communities find us through the amenity carts and had no idea we run curbside at every home as well.
Cart valet is available community-wide. Our crew walks up to each home, sets the cart out on pickup day and puts it back, quoted on the number of homes. See how it works →
We price per door, and the rate comes down as the door count rises. Send us your door count and we come back with a real number within two business days.
Certificates of insurance and license documentation are included with every proposal.
Holiday and weather changes. When a service day moves, your manager and your residents hear it from us before it happens, by email to every account, by text to anyone opted in, and posted publicly so nobody is left guessing.

Weekly curbside collection for every home in the community, one coordinated route, one invoice, one point of contact for your board.
Request a proposal →We empty the community trash carts at your clubhouse, pool and courts on a set schedule, including the heavy weekends and holiday spikes.
Request a proposal →Move-out piles, dumped furniture and post-event debris hauled by the same team. No second vendor to approve.
See junk removal →One clear invoice your board can actually trust, and service your residents notice for the right reasons.
If a cart is overloaded or something turns up that should not be in it, you hear from us before anything is charged. Extra volume does get billed, but as a line item you already knew about, on the same clear invoice. No charge ever shows up as a surprise.
Long before we picked up a single cart, our parent company was maintaining pools and amenity centers for neighborhoods across the Triangle. That's where we learned what a clubhouse looks like on Monday after a holiday weekend, which gate codes stop a vendor cold, and how fast a board hears about an overflowing can by the pool. We kept watching haulers let those communities down, so we started hauling the trash ourselves.
To be clear: we handle your community's trash, the pool and amenity maintenance side is run by our parent company, Southeast Aquatics Group. That background is simply why we understand your property better than a national hauler ever will.

You guys are super easy to work with. Communication is always quick, service has been reliable, and anytime we need something it gets taken care of.
Y'all rock! Thank you!
This is an awesome idea.

We tailor it, one invoice for the whole neighborhood, per-home billing, or amenity-only service. It's laid out clearly in your proposal.
Yes. You get one local point of contact who works directly with your board or property manager.
Yes. Community-wide cart valet is quoted as an additional charge based on the number of homes, and it is especially popular with senior and active-adult communities where hauling a cart to the curb is a burden.
We empty the community trash carts at your amenity areas on a set schedule. Your staff or residents keep filling them; we make sure they never overflow. We provide the community carts and empty them weekly. We are not walking the property emptying pet-waste stations, court-side cans or poolside bins, bagged trash goes in the carts, and we take it from there.
Not without talking to you first. If a cart is overloaded or something turns up that should not be in it, you hear from us before anything is billed. Extra volume does get charged, but as a line item you already knew about, on the same clear invoice. There is no automatic annual escalator raising your rate.
Tell us your community size and current setup and we'll put a clear, no-obligation proposal in front of your board.
Our parent company, Southeast Aquatics Group, has maintained community pools and amenity centers across North Carolina for over fifteen years. We started the trash division after watching haulers repeatedly let those same communities down. We handle your trash, the pool and amenity maintenance side is still run by Southeast Aquatics Group.
Tell us a little about your service and we'll get right back to you, usually the same day.
